We recommend that you always report auto accidents and incidents to the police department. Many times a police report will help our agency and adjusters in the management of the claim. Once you have reported your loss to the police department you may reach out to your agent or insurance company. An agent can many times help you decide the validity of a claim and the steps necessary to make it flow easily. To reach your agent call, email, Text, or (on Facebook) Instant Message us. Once you have established that you have a claim you will be instructed to report it to your carrier. All of our Insurance carriers have 24 hour hotlines to report auto claims. Home and Business Claims (Property Loss)
For a property claim all carriers require clients to protect their property from loss by minimizing damage (protect your property). This means that you will need to contact the appropriate authorities to stop/reduce any additional loss. Triton along with our insurance carriers have vetted many 24 hour loss mitigation companies. Below are two preferred vendors that are available to service Fire, Water and Mold claims quickly. These vendors have working relationships with Triton and our insurance carriers.
Once the situation is under control it is time to evaluate the loss. Contact your agent and along with the mitigation company we will help you take the appropriate steps to file a claim.
